The brow dye developer is specially created for our Liquid Dye, but it works together with all brow dyes that need to be mixed with an oxidant. The creamy developer provides super consistent results, is super easy to apply, and will keep you happy with the most gorgeous brows & lashes.
HOW TO USE:
Remember to always perform a patch test 48H before the brow or lash treatment.
Mixing ratio: 2:1 - 2 drops of Liquid Dye with 1 drop of Cream Oxidant.
Warning: Contains Hydrogen Peroxide. Wear suitable gloves.
